As a new driver, you start with a five-day intensive course. You will conclude this with a final examination, a practice drive with a driving instructor, a try-on of your work clothes and a quick check on the following topics:

• Conduct with customers
• Occupational safety
• Conduct in case of accidents and accident reporting
• Use of the on-board unit
• General information on the Planzer Group
• Vehicle knowledge and equipment

At the driving schools of our owner group, we train talented transport enthusiasts to become professional category C/CE drivers. To do so, you must have a category B driving licence and have completed an apprenticeship.

Our specialist courses cover everything related to our field. This includes logistics courses, ADR courses for the safe handling of hazardous goods, basic courses for company first-aiders, vocational instructor training, forklift courses and much more.

With us, you’ll learn everything you need to know about our analogue industry digitally. You can access our e-learning platform around the clock via your smartphone, tablet or PC and learn the content at your own pace. We are constantly updating this platform with new learning units.

Moving forward is our business, so to speak. That’s why we offer our employees a range of training and development courses, including scheduling school, operational and transport management school, leadership development courses and numerous management seminars. If you are considering further training outside the company, such as a business school or a Federal diploma, we will support you financially and temporarily.
