Naturally we will also bring back your returns. It's simple: you send us your order directly via QualiNet. When the packages are collected the next day, each return package is specially marked and registered. Since we already scan the packages individually during the transfer, you are always up to date with which specific orders we will return.

Using Track & Trace you can follow the journey of your returns online in real time - piece by piece. The following night or on the next day, we will deliver each package to its destination.

We can of course speed up the process with express returns, which we can redeliver within 36 hours.
